Liz Evans-Jones is Associate Vice President of Global Service Delivery & Contract Support Services. She is leading a global team of 500+ service delivery managers, service delivery specialists and improvement managers, commercial managers and executives & asset managers distributed globally across the centers in Guatemala, Philippines, India, Romania and Portugal. She is responsible for Global Service Delivery Management team supporting client management, client engagement, growth, service operations for end clients and a key area of transformation and core to the clients’ strategy.
