In May 2021, Adolfo Calviño took the role of Vice President – Country Head of Spain and Portugal at HCLTech, a business of 800 employees at that moment. He is responsible for growing HCLTech’s business opportunities in Spain and Portugal and focuses its growth strategy on digital technologies like cloud, digital workplace, automation/RPA and data.

Carlos Morales is Country Lead of Spain and has been contributing to expansion of HCLTech’s business in Spain since 2021. He is a technology expert vastly experienced in building capabilities and delivering top transformation programs that have evolved clients to the new generation embracing digital capabilities to lead the market.

Carlos has over 25 years of experience working for international consulting companies. He was responsible for leading development of SAP Capability in Accenture with focus on Spain and Global Support for Amadeus managing a team of more than 900 people. He also led the critical delivery for core banking, Wealth Management and Payments solutions for Openbank (Santander).

Coral Navarrete is Head of Financial Services Sector bringing experience from previous roles at Atos, Sopra Group and CGI. She employs industry expertise to build strategies that preserve and grow market share and builds key executive long-term trusting relationships with clients and partners. With a robust skill set that includes Sales Management, Financial Services, Business Intelligence, Account Management, IT Strategy and more, Coral Navarrete contributes valuable insights to the industry and to HCLTech.

Gregorio Latasa is Sales Associate Vice President with almost 30 years of consulting experience and is responsible for developing Digital Innovation business in Spain. He specializes in bringing bold transformational programs and combining the digital agenda and the traditional business transformation to set up base to ensure solid steps are in place to implement changes. As a track record he has successful careers developed in large tech-consulting companies such as IBM and Accenture.
